It is one of the most important events dedicated to the meat production and processing sector in Poland. Its aim is to create a platform for dialogue between representatives of public administration, the meat industry, the scientific community and international partners.
The Congress will be an excellent opportunity to discuss the challenges facing the agri-food sector in the current geopolitical situation together with representatives of government, public institutions, industry organisations, companies and experts.
These will be two days full of discussions, lectures and workshop meetings focused on the most important topics for the meat industry.
We will talk about food security in Europe and Poland and the strategic role of livestock farming. We will discuss international trade and the geography of food exports. We will consider how relations between producers, processors and distributors are evolving. An important point of the meeting will also be the impact of EU regulations, including a discussion on the legitimacy of a legislative moratorium for agriculture. During the sessions, we will also address the role of cybersecurity in the agri-food sector and point to effective defence strategies.
